Embodied Yoga with Elaine
The yoga that Elaine teaches is an invitation to move from within, to get to know your body, yourself and your cells
better. It's in invitation to be aware of your own sensations and to move in mindfulness. To do what you can do, to
find pleasure in the practice, to be in the present moment, home in your body. Of course along the way, you'll get
stronger and more flexible. This practice is for everyone who's interested in exploring the internal experience.
Classical yoga, embodiment, pranayama (breathing) and mindfulness practices included.
