Create Your Wellness Vision. Saturday, December 1st from 4-5:30 pm.
Creating a Wellness Vision examines your goals and life wishes to continue on your path to achieving your desired, highest and best life. We examine your values and motivators and set a vision for how you would like your life to look two to three months out and beyond. By concentrating on your strengths and environmental supports that will support your vision we then set measurable goals to move you toward this vision and achieve the next highest level of being in your life journey.
This workshop will start with participants writing down and thinking about what wellness goals they want to incorporate into their lives. We all will set a vision for one to three months out. As a group, we will discuss environmental factors that support the goal and any obstacles they may need to anticipate and how to thwart those. We also talk about positive times in our lives and strengths they we can draw from to support achieving these goals. Last, we set three goals that are moderately challenging for the week to get started. Not too challenging but doable and moving toward the vision. Goals that feel significant to achieve but not so easy they don't build confidence or too hard that they will never happen. Then I help with tools to continue the goal setting to maintain and continue forward.
