Join Angela Maione and Maggie Fiorella-Winter for a soulful Ayurvedic yoga and intuitive art weekend away in Wilmington, Vermont. You will tap into your hearts desires during peak foliage among the changing leaves, crisp fall air as you dance with elements of Ether and Air. We will journey through the Ayurvedic season of Vata taking the time to warm your soul, reconnect to the Earth and intuitively tap into your creativity.
As a student, you’ll be guided through workshops, outdoor adventures, journaling, exercises and conversations designed to connect you to your heart and the artist living within you. You will open the door to invite transformation from within and begin to see the world through the eyes of your creative energy. We tap into Vata season warming up your soul, taking an active role to co-create your life and keep the fire of creativity burning all season long.
Christine Cronin - Christine will join us to share her divine wisdom of Ayurveda and Flower Essence.
Cheryl Flynn - Cheryl will be preparing all meals with love as she taps into her super culinary talents.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Gorgeous restored barn that has all the luxuries of home, 2 gourmet kitchens, roaring fireplace, an indoor slide in case you don't feel like walking downstairs and so much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 60 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date of Oct. 3rd, 2019. Otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee of $500.
