Meditation and a Zen Attitude are a great deal easier to achieve than most people think. It is actually the simplest thing you can do. Meditation and peace of mind is that easy because “it is” the essence of ease.
In this simple easy to follow guided weekly meditation you will learn to still your mind, steady your breath, and center your personal energy to achieve a state of stillness and inner peace.
